Vertidisan® (VH90D 300; VH-90-D 300) is a digital health app with 90-day, diagnosis-specific sensorimotor and optokinetic VH90D therapy programmes for the treatment of peripheral vertigo. Vertidisan is available for private patients. Free prescription for German statutory health insurance (GKV) patients is planned.
Vertidisan serves the symptomatic, antivertiginous treatment of peripheral vertigo. The antivertiginous effect is produced by CVC activation (central vertigo compensation) in the brain.

Manabi Hyperacusis – health course (coming soon)
The app with the ENT retraining course to improve hyperacusis – an unbearably increased sensitivity to sound.
App content: the app consists of the Manabi hyperacusis retraining course, the digital Manabi hyperacusis noiser and the Tübingen noise generator.
Manabi guides you step by step through the course program. In the course, you practise at home every day using the built-in Manabi noiser with individually adjustable Tübingen Noise.
The Tübingen Noise has been specially tuned to the human ear. In the course, you hear it as a gentle noise that is adjusted to you personally.
Through the effect of the Tübingen Noise on the inner ears and the brain, sound sensitivity improves in almost all patients over the course of a few to several weeks – to a degree that almost always makes a normal life possible.

A simple training programme with strength and balance exercises, developed especially for older people: slow down muscle loss, improve muscle strength, strengthen mobility and stability – and thereby reduce the risk of falls.
The course contains a scientifically investigated training programme to strengthen the muscles and improve balance, developed especially for fall prevention in older people.
It focuses on simple, targeted exercises for the leg muscles, in particular for the knees, hips and ankles. These are complemented by balance exercises such as toe and heel stands, rising from a chair, various walking exercises and stair climbing. The exercises are individually adapted to physical capacity and increased step by step; weight cuffs can also be used for the strength exercises.
The aim is to improve muscle strength, standing and gait stability and general physical function. This is intended to reduce the risk of falls and fall-related injuries and to preserve independence in everyday life for as long as possible.

Online prevention course for the prevention of falls and fall risk – for people at increased risk of falling.
The course comprises a scientifically investigated training programme for the prevention of falls, especially in older people. It focuses on exercises that improve balance, standing and gait stability and the control of body movements.
Training includes, for example, safe standing with a progressively smaller base of support, changes of direction, walking backwards and sideways, heel and toe walking, and safely managing everyday movement sequences. The exercises are adapted to individual abilities and made progressively more challenging.
The aim is to reduce unsteadiness when standing and walking, to stabilize balance and to avoid falls in everyday life. This is intended to preserve mobility and support a life that is as safe and independent as possible.
